Mold Removal and Mold Prevention - Control Moisture in the Air

Controlling moisture in the air in your home is the most important step to preventing mold. And preventing the growth of mold is by FAR the preferable option - dealing with mold that has already grown is a much more difficult task.

Use an air conditioner or a good dehumidifier to control the level of moisture in your home. A level of 30-50% moisture is ideal for controlling the growth of mold. When the air gets too humid, it gives mold spores an ideal environment to thrive - and grow - and hurt the valuable investment you've made in your home.
